I really like Frisco Auto. They do not upsell anything for no reason like other shops I have been to. I always feel that I am being taken care of and properly advised on what my car needs. If I don’t need a certain service, they will tell me exactly that! The staff is very friendly, and I really appreciate them for giving me a place to service my car confidently.

This place is a joke. I tell them I’m having transmission problems, once they inspect it they tell me I need to replace something completely random cost me around 2k. Then I go pick it up and it’s the exact same. Guess they didn’t even test it. So I have to go again to get another diagnosis and then they tell me it’s the transmission and they talking about it’s going to be 11k🤣✌️. Yea right get out of here what a joke. I recommend you guys to take your business elsewhere.

I love using FRISCO AUTOMOTIVE. I have been a customer and fan of this legacy small business for 30 years. They are honest. Not cheap…because quality work isn’t cheap. I have found that a quality shop that has transparent communication and reasonable prices will allow you to purchase a vehicle new, invest in preventative maintenance, and achieve longer vehicle life. I firmly believe I have spent less for transportation over the years because of this shop. With a wife and three kids at one point that was 5 vehicles. This business passed from its founding family to employees who purchased it. They have maintained the integrity that always existed and in my opinion they have actually made improvements. It’s very rare for a legacy business to maintain that high level customer service in on ownership transition. These folks have done it.
